<p>The Smart Astro product is developed by Orange Poland . It is a component of the Smart Light intelligent urban lighting management system. This system is based on an astronomical timer capable of automatically determining sunrise and sunset times according to date, geographical coordinates and time zone. This makes it possible to control the switching on and off of public lighting autonomously, without human intervention.</p>

<p>The Smart Astro system is integrated with Orange's Live Objects IoT platform, which enables centralized management, energy monitoring, fault detection and remote configuration. It also offers advanced functionalities such as the programming of specific time slots (e.g., night-time shutdowns to save energy) and the ability to monitor power consumption in real time.</p>

<p>This product is part of the #OrangeGoesGreen initiative, aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions and promoting more sustainable energy management in cities.</p>

<p>​Le produit Smart Astro est développé par Orange Pologne. Il s'agit d'un composant du système de gestion de l'éclairage urbain intelligent appelé Smart Light. Ce système repose sur un minutier astronomique capable de déterminer automatiquement les heures de lever et de coucher du soleil en fonction de la date, des coordonnées géographiques et du fuseau horaire. Cela permet de contrôler l'allumage et l'extinction de l'éclairage public de manière autonome, sans intervention humaine.​</p>

<p>Le système Smart Astro est intégré à la plateforme IoT Live Objects d'Orange, qui permet une gestion centralisée, le suivi énergétique, la détection des pannes et la configuration à distance. Il offre également des fonctionnalités avancées telles que la programmation de plages horaires spécifiques (par exemple, des coupures nocturnes pour économiser l'énergie) et la possibilité de surveiller la consommation électrique en temps réel.​</p>
